PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

Processing:

Please Allow at least 2 Business Days for us to process the funds from your order. Add additional processing time(Up to 2 Days), if your order is placed on a NON-Business Day ex. Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping:

Since Everything we sell including the Personalized Engraved items are Made to Order. Please allow for No More Than 7 Business Days For Your Order to Ship. We Take Pride in What We do and make sure everything is made with the utmost care. Is it going to take 7 Days? No, it is not. We just ask that you give us a little bit of wiggle room, in case something comes up. If anything does come up, we will notify you and ask if you would like a refund or if you still want the item/s and wait for whatever problem that arises to be fixed. We Really Appreciate your Business.

Apparel & Most Accessories:

Most of our stuff when made will be shipped from our Fulfillment centers nationwide. (USA Only) Typically take no more than 5 Business Days from your order to your door step.

Personalized & Engraved Items:

For most of these items, they will ship from our HQ located in Grantville, GA. Also, these items will ship separately from the clothing and *accessories items that are branded with anything from Infinite Mast3rpiece. In the Description sections these will be noted, if the item will ship separately or not.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened products. Customers may return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We will do everything we can to rectify the situation.

 

For Personalized or Engraved items.

For the most part, ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. Under the Description section of each item, it will be noted if the item carries a warranty. Most of these warranties will be no more than 12 Months with Normal Use. We will kindly need pictures of the defective item emailed to the email below.

 

Please Note: Item will be remade and shipped to you free of charge, and your account will be noted that warranty has expired.

If a wood item is damaged in transit we will rush it out free of charge, also as with the warranty items, we need pictures of both what you ordered and the packaging so we can be reimbursed by the shipping partner for their mishandling of your package.
